Streaming... Coming Soon?

Last week it was brought to my attention that the new Dark Alliance game - featuring the characters from the Legend of Drizzt series - would be coming to the Xbox Game Pass on day 1.

My reaction when I saw the news

Now, as a gamer who has had the majority of their formative gaming experiences on an Xbox console, and as someone who was not planning on shelling out for a full-priced video game any time soon (my backlog is ridiculous), this has me incredibly excited.

I have always been interested in making video content, and so I have decided to take the plunge and start streaming on Twitch with the release of this new game. I am waiting on the arrival of some equipment, but as soon as it arrives (and the game is released) I plan to stream for the first time ever!

Back in high school, I used to make Call of Duty YouTube videos, and I would always make a film project when that was allowed for school projects, but this will be my first experience making live video content.

I can't wait, and hopefully - if all goes well - I will start streaming some TTRPG content as well.

UPDATE: Unfortunately when I got my setup all done up to test a stream of Mass Effect 2 the computer I was going to use to stream was absolutely not strong enough to capture the video without it being ridiculously choppy. That means for the time being I won't be able to stream. However, I will release 1 to 2 reviews of the new Dark Alliance game (my first thoughts and another once I complete the game.)
